“The divorce has been overturned,” the insider said. “Sam is working on rebuilding his relationship with Hannah.”
The country crooner, 37, and his 36-year-old wife, from whom he was previously estranged, are “both very focused on the arrival of the baby,” the source adds.
We confirmed on Sunday, May 8, that Fowler, who has been married to Hunt since April 2017, asked a Tennessee judge to dismiss the divorce case last month. The judge formally approved the motion on April 10, according to court documents.
The Alabama native originally filed for separation from the “Take Your Time” singer in February, alleging Hunt was “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “adultery.” The duo turned heads a few hours later, when We confirmed that Fowler had requested that the motion be dismissed.
It was later revealed that she had submitted the documents in the wrong jurisdiction, with Fowler refiling the documents in the correct county the same month.
Fowler’s divorce filing was the first time the couple revealed she was pregnant with their first child.
Since the dissolution of the case was processed last month, Hunt seems to be eager to become a father.

Hunt previously opened up about becoming a dad while co-hosting “Country Countdown USA” radio show in March, revealing he and Fowler have yet to decide on the baby’s name.
“I haven’t talked about it, but I have a baby girl on the way,” the Georgia native told listeners. “I have a baby coming in about 8 weeks. I have two months locked out in late May and early June. Really, this year is all about this big news in my life.
