Now that the world knows that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be in attendance for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee weekend in early June, more details about their stay have been released. The couple will need a place to stay while in town, and it looks like they’ll be staying close to family allies.

Harry and Meghan, along with Archie and Lilibet, will be staying at Frogmore Cottage with cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, according to The Sun. It’s hardly a surprise since Harry stayed with them when he visited in April 2021 to attend Prince Philip’s funeral. The warm accommodations will put the family at ease since they will be in a familiar environment with close family members.
As well as their home away from home, the British publication reports that there will be “enhanced security measures” in place to keep the Sussexes safe during their visit. This problem was Harry’s main concern when he brought his young children overseas, but it seems that these logistics were worked out behind the scenes so that Queen Elizabeth could finally meet Lilibet in person.
Eugenie and Brooksbank visited the American couple in February and surprised royal watchers when she showed up at the Super Bowl alongside Harry. The foursome have been spotted multiple times in and around the Montecito, Calif. area looking relaxed and enjoying a night out on the town. The united front the two cousins are showing proves just how close their relationship is amid the long-running feud with the royal family. Harry and Meghan obviously want to show their support for the Queen on her historic achievement, so having close confidants by their side will help ease any tension that may exist with other family members.
